This policy applies to all physical DIY products sold on our website, including some custom-made items.

2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange only in the following situations:

  • The item was damaged during shipping.
  • You received the wrong item.

Please note:

  • Custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • We do not accept returns for any other reasons.

3. Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., damaged or wrong item).

5. Requirements for Returned Items

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct a reasonable fee if the item is used, damaged, or missing parts.
